Return Policy

We want you to love your Seralight purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must still be attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards


How to Return Your Item

Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Repackage your product securely in its original box or equivalent packaging.

  2. Email us at info@seralight.com with your order number and reason for return.

  3. We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

  4. Print the label and attach it to the package.

  5. Drop it off at your nearest post office or courier point.

Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@seralight.com.


International Returns

We ship worldwide 🌍.
For international customers, please note that return shipping costs, customs fees, or import duties are non-refundable.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover all return costs.
