Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@seralight.com if:

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right — either through a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
Returns and Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If 14 days have passed since delivery (for EU customers) or 30 days (for all other countries), unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product first.
Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be:

Returned with all included accessories, manuals, or components

Shipping costs for returning an item are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective or wrong product).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

International Orders
For orders shipped outside the EU, please note that return shipping costs, import duties, or customs fees are non-refundable.
Seralight is not responsible for items lost or damaged during international return shipping.
